Free In-Store Pick Up

Simply select the most convenient Factory Tile Depot location for you upon checkout. You will be informed of when your order will be ready for collection at the time of ordering. Once your order is available for pick up, you will be notified via email. We will require a signature at the time of pick up.

Shipping to Address

All orders shipping to towns and cities surrounding the FTD locations will produce a AAA Express Courier rate as well as other various carriers, if applicable, as shipping options. If selected as the preferred shipping method, you will be provided with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. We require a signature at the time of delivery by an adult 18 years or older.

Orders shipping within our surrounding areas and across Canada will produce shipping rates from various carriers and their estimated delivery dates if available. Simply select the carrier of your choice at the time of check out and you will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment.

If a quote is not immediately available at checkout, simply request a quote and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping Claims

Please report damaged or missing items within 2 days of delivery by calling us at 905-469-1030. Through innovative packaging techniques we use and attention to detail, we expect breakage to be minimal however not impossible due to the nature of the products. Check your material once received. If you find material broken that can not be used or missing items, we will gladly send out replacements, and take back the damaged product.
